Community Driven Leadership [CourseID: 4128]

This course provides a deep analysis of the leadership process, as influenced by social and emotional intelligence. Students will explore the interconnected roles that social intelligence and competencies play across diverse personal, cultural, and political contexts and business functions. Additionally, students will be asked to apply leadership frameworks to social and emotional intelligence competencies to enhance leadership capacity across individual, group, and organization levels.
